Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds or exchanges are only available for faulty goods, or where an item supplied does not match your confirmed order. This does not include items ordered incorrectly by the customer, including (but not limited to) incorrect size, style, colour, playing number, name personalisation, or change of mind.
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests. Please reference your order confirmation or invoice number.
Customised & Printed Products: Final Sale
All customised and printed items are final sale.
This includes products with printing, numbers, names, or any form of personalisation. These items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance for:

Incorrect size selection

Incorrect playing number nomination

Incorrect personalisation details supplied

Change of mind
Customised or printed items may only be refunded or replaced if the product is assessed and confirmed to be faulty.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within seven (7) days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery. If you believe your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us at info@courtsideteam.com.au.
Returns Process
A Returns Number must be obtained before returning any product. To request a Returns Number, contact us at info@courtsideteam.com.au.
We will work with you to determine the most appropriate return method using our nominated carriers. Where applicable, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Approved refunds will be issued in accordance with the process outlined above.
Claims: Non-Receipt of Product
If you have paid for goods that have not been received (or made available for collection), please contact us at info@courtsideteam.com.au, referencing your order confirmation or invoice number.
We will promptly investigate the matter and outline the next steps. This may include dispatching a replacement or issuing a full refund, as mutually agreed.
Unavailability of Stock
If we have taken payment for an item that cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond our control (including stock unavailability or supplier recall), you will be offered the choice of a replacement item or a full refund.
