Customised or printed items cannot be returned unless faulty. No exchanges for change of size or mind.

Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from purchase to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or doesn’t match your order, we’ll issue a refund or replacement. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 days of approval.

Exchanges
